— Our Story & Mission —

”We have a commitment to pets, people & planet”

Hi, this is Vivien! The owner + creator in creating customize designs in-house. self-taught in art & design, and creating my own art in my little home studio!). Stick M’ Up is a Toronto-based 🇨🇦 customising design shop with an eye for personalised design. We like to break the mold and make a statement. We specialized in pets/ doggos. but we can create so much more. Being a dog mom of 2, I’m totally intriuged with how amazing dogs are….by the moment when we brought home our first dog - Moose; and fast forward the years, I felt as if I didn't share the joy in having them with the world, it would be such a regret.

Cheers to the unconditional love, that dogs bring into our lives 💛.

How did it all begin?
- “We love pets, just like you!

We are super introverted until we adopted Moose in 2018, it was so much fun to alongside the doggo community. It’s you guys who inspired us to create the most meaningful, bespoke goodies to BOTH human and doggos to gift and keep ourselves!

To realize existing products from the market to be very limited/ not something that sparks interest for pawrents, we wanted to explore high-quality & sustainable dog gifting products. Realizing that not every pawrents would want to take that kind of leap of faith, on gifts and goodies that is out of uniqueness, then go for us: “Why don’t we create something truly special for the pawrents and their fur babies to keep for a lifetime?” - We’d set out on a search/ reach out to pawrents and dig into what all dog lovers want in particular., then work towards different new ideas/ designs, and to bring our one-of-a-kind itemsss to life.

My lifelong art obsession, love for creating new special products, and entrepreneurial spirit decided my fate….where the idea of Stick M’Up!, my first creative outlet/ shop begins :) 🎨

100% Hand-drawn Design + Stories Behind The Design
- Every design tells a story of resilience, love and everything beyond words to our pets & people.

……. Fast forward 4 years later in 2022, here I am, hand-drawing designs for you, your furry babies and many more! (COMING SOON - we will be featuring the very own Hong Kong Series🇭🇰, to showcase the beauty of where my roots from). Proudly share the pieces with all of you over the world, from one pawrent to another, and to people who share similar culture background as me.

In the 1st year of Stick M’Up, I’m lucky enough to work with SO many of you, with all the lovely pieces we’ve worked on — it’s always SO heartwarming when someone reaches out to have something made for a specific reason / has a story behind it. It’s such a huge honour to be considered for something that holds a lot of meaning :’)

It really warms my heart that these commissions are allowing me to connect with individuals in a unique way, get to know things about their own lives & relationships, and learning much more during the actual art-making process. 💛

Why the name of “Stick M’Up” ?
- “Bringing pets, people, planet together"

  • Asian Canadian 🇭🇰 🇨🇦 + Woman Owned Small Business

There is no better way to understand + represent a culture than through art. We stand for who we are, and making impacts (no matter big or small) to Canadian culture and beyond, embedding values of where our roots from, crediting our unique cultural upbringing and heritage toward shaping my core values as an entrepreneur. Asian Canadian women are truly inspiring and they deserve the recognition.

Being one of the woman entrepreneurs and supporting women-owned businesses, it’ll be the best way to boost the economy, foster innovation to shift away from traditional cultural habits and social norms….in the hope of closing the gender gap,
